Heartsaver® CPR AED
Heartsaver® is the Canadian standard in CPR and AED training. This straightforward, yet comprehensive, course provides you with the skills and confidence to respond to a cardiac arrest at home, in public or at work.
Who is Heartsaver® for?
Heartsaver® is designed for everyday Canadians who don’t have medical training but who want to learn how to help someone having a cardiac arrest.
- People who need a course completion card for workplace, volunteer or other requirements.
- Anyone who wants to be ready, willing and able to help in case of a cardiac arrest or choking.
- Parents and families with children or infants, who want to be prepared for a choking or other health emergency.
Why is Heartsaver ® important for me?
The vast majority (85 per cent) of cardiac arrests happen at home, in public places and workplaces. If you ever witness a cardiac arrest, chances are it will happen to a family member or someone you work with or care about. And that makes it personal.
Heartsaver® CPR AED is based on the most up-to-date science from the experts at the Heart and Stroke Foundation. It is easy to learn in just a few hours.
